Yoga sessions are personalized to suit your needs, but draw heavily from the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (warming, sweaty)

  • Yin (slow, meditative - you won’t break a sweat)

  • Beginner’s (poses build on each other to improve over time)

  • Chair (yoga that can be done in a comfortable seat)

  • Adaptive (for injuries, illnesses)

Aromatherapy

All private yoga sessions have the option to add essential oils aromatherapy. I use Young Living Essential Oils, which are some of the highest quality out there. Aromatherapy can help reduce anxiety, relieve depression, strengthen the immune system, ease pain, speed up the healing process, and more. If you would like to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy, we will discuss your situation, and I will create something just for you.

Where are the sessions held?

Life is hectic! There’s not always time or energy to make it to the yoga studio. That’s why I’m committed to BRINGING YOGA TO YOU. This makes your yoga practice convenient, and not another thing you’re stressed about getting done in a day.

I serve residents of Philadelphia, but if you live nearby and want to work with me, reach out! I may be able to travel to you for an additional fee.

What’s the process to get started?

First, contact me, to set up a time to chat on the phone to make sure we vibe and will work well together.

Next, we’ll set up a time for your Introductory Lesson, where I’ll come to your home to assess your needs and find out more about what you’re looking for out of a yoga practice.

Then, we’ll create a plan to meet once, twice, or three times a week based on your body, your goals, and your lifesytle.

Lasting results require consistent effort over time, so I ask for a 3-month commitment to start.
